Ashley was referred to me by a realtor I used previously, but had since moved out of state. My mom and I needed to sell her house, as she is moving into a new build. I asked Ashley to come and look over the house and give her expert opinion on what was worth fixing and painting, and what was not in order to get top dollar for her house. She gave me a helpful list and over several months I did everything on the list. She kept in contact and offered advice throughout a 4-5 month period, all before we signed any contract with her. She certainly wasn’t obligated to do so. We just closed on her house yesterday, which we received asking price for, after 2 days on the market. She can stay there until she closes on the new place and finishes moving out. We couldn’t really be happier with how it went. Saying that Ashley Dirks is an incredible broker is a complete understatement. Her determination and professionalism were remarkable. She searched day and night and was available immediately for any property. She was masterful in her negotiations, and supportive after houses didn’t work out as we expected.
