After graduating Suma Cum Laude with a BA in Communication from St. Mary’s College of California in 2006, Ashley spent the first 6 years of her career as a Strategic Marketing Manager for nationally recognized brands; during which her extensive list of increasing responsibility proved her aptitude and understanding of advertising management and negotiation. Her hands-on experience and expertise translates into her ability to effectively market and sell your home at its highest value.

Ashley is passionate about real estate. She realizes how important her skills as a Realtor® are in helping families live out their dreams. Her methods have proven successful as Ashley was voted by her peers as a Chicago Agent Magazine “Rookie of the Year” finalist in 2015 and was named 2015 “Rookie of the Year” at her first brokerage, @properties. Ashley was referred to me by a realtor I used previously, but had since moved out of state. My mom and I needed to sell her house, as she is moving into a new build. I asked Ashley to come and look over the house and give her expert opinion on what was worth fixing and painting, and what was not in order to get top dollar for her house. She gave me a helpful list and over several months I did everything on the list. She kept in contact and offered advice throughout a 4-5 month period, all before we signed any contract with her. She certainly wasn’t obligated to do so. We just closed on her house yesterday, which we received asking price for, after 2 days on the market. She can stay there until she closes on the new place and finishes moving out. We couldn’t really be happier with how it went. Everything worked out perfectly, and Ashley definitely knows what she’s doing.
