Ashley sold me and my husband our home back in 2019. We were first time homebuyers and relied on her and her husband for everything we needed as we trusted them. 11 months after moving in we had to replace the hot water tank when it was apparently brand new. A month later, our basement flooded so bad it ruined the brand new carpet that was laid down. We’ve since been dealing with floods every time it rains. We got raccoons in our attic, but we couldn’t get anybody up there because the entrance was sealed shut, which meant much more money that we didn’t have to spend. Our garage door never worked and the outlet in the garage is hanging off the wall. All of the paint started peeling months after moving in. Then the biggest thing we Found out that our property taxes were under a senior citizen freeze. Two years after living here, the taxes caught up to us putting us -$10,000 in escrow. Our mortgage went from $892-$2600 within 14 months. I’m not sure how all of these things got past the inspector or why this home was deemed safe to move in when it wasn’t. Seven years later, we are stuck here and have been trying to get out from this huge amount of debt, this home has caused us to sink in. Ashley, thank you for ruining our Home owners dreams and putting us so deep in debt we can’t see straight.

Ashley was referred to me by a realtor I used previously, but had since moved out of state. My mom and I needed to sell her house, as she is moving into a new build. I asked Ashley to come and look over the house and give her expert opinion on what was worth fixing and painting, and what was not in order to get top dollar for her house. She gave me a helpful list and over several months I did everything on the list. She kept in contact and offered advice throughout a 4-5 month period, all before we signed any contract with her. She certainly wasn’t obligated to do so. We just closed on her house yesterday, which we received asking price for, after 2 days on the market.
